I thought I would show you just what a 'Princess World' it is around here. This is usually the dress code for our house...yes even Taylor must wear a princess skirt from time to time on Brinlee's watch! But yesterday Brin wouldn't take off her crown or tu-tu...yes, she even helped me water the flowers like this and went to the grocery store! It is a rough life being a princess!!!

Over the weekend of the 8th Brandon had a scout camp out so the girls and I went up to the cabin with my family. Brandon did join us Saturday evening. We had so much fun up there, riding 4-wheelers, going on stroller rides, watching the Olympics and sitting around the fire! Brinlee decided that she would rather stay up there and not come back to 'Me-me's' house -as she calls herself. She had way too much fun. The weather was just perfect...jackets were required most of the day! Over all it was a very relaxing weekend. The cabin is one of our favorites to visit!

Brinlee watched grandpa and the boys unload all the 4-wheelers off the trailer, she decided that hers also needed to be unloaded off the trailer, not just out of the back of grandpas truck!

So far this year...
Alright I'm a little slow getting this all started so here is a little update on what has been going on this year.... Our most exciting thing happened in March. Our little (although not so little anymore) Taylor decided to grace us with her presence 6 1/2 weeks early. She weighed 4lbs. 9 oz. and was 18 in. long. We were very blessed and were suprised how healthy she really was for coming so early. She had almost a 2 week stay in NICU and then was able to come home with us. No monitors or anything. She had truly done extremely well. Brinlee is the best big sister ever. She loves Taylor most of the time and loves to play with her. She is very good at shoving the 'binks' in her mouth when she cries... wether Taylor wants it or not! Brin has also perfected plugging her ears when Taylor is being too noisy!
In June Matt and Katie were able to come out from Ohio and spend almost three weeks with us. It was so fun to see them and Brinlee absolutly had a blast. She cried when they had to go home. While they were in town we were able to bless Taylor, with lots of family and friends around us.
During the summer we haven't done anything too exciting but we have done some boating... we went to the Spanish Fork Fiesta Days carnival, which Brinlee loved the rides and Taylor slept the whole time. We went to the Thanksgiving Point Farm- which if you haven't been you have to go. I went with my sister-in-laws last year and Brin had so much fun we took Grandpa and Grandma Johnson to it this year so they cound see Brin ride the horse. But I don't know if Brandon or my dad had more fun! Brinlee was just worried she would get her finger bit by the duck again this year. She has NOT forget about that.
